The terms, plainly.

These terms apply when you buy and use a GoldR license. They explain what you get, how payment, renewal and cancellation work, your right of withdrawal, and the risks of automated trading.

Who we are

GoldR is provided by GoldR Systems ("we"), based in Berlin, Germany. Contact: sales@goldrsystems.com. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

What you get

  • A license to run the compiled GoldR Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 on one MT5 account and broker server that we approve. The license is personal: you may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer it, or run the same key on other accounts.
  • Moving it to another MT5 account of yours costs €50 a move, paid in your customer portal. Correcting a typo before GoldR has run on that account is free.
  • Updates that we release while your license is active, downloadable from the customer portal.
  • A connection to our server while GoldR runs: it checks the license there and reads settings we sign, within limits built into the EA. We use it to pause new trades, for every account or one (for example before major news), and to stop a license that has ended. A paused GoldR opens no new entries and keeps managing the trades already open, including a recovery trade if the price reaches a stop. During a news pause we can also move the stops of open trades up to 5 USD further away until the pause ends.
  • The customer portal and setup help by email.

You receive the compiled EA only. The strategy source code stays ours. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the EA or try to bypass its license check.

Free demo month

You can ask for one free demo month: a license for one demo MT5 account and its demo broker server, with a balance of at least €1,500 (or the equivalent), valid for one month from the day we deliver the key. It runs only on that demo account, it ends by itself, and nothing is charged or renewed. One demo month per person. Results on a demo account can differ from a live account (for example spread, execution and broker).

Price and payment

You pay in USDT on TRON (TRC20) on our site through NOWPayments, our payment provider: the payment shows the exact amount and an address that NOWPayments makes for your payment only. The amount is held for a limited time; if it runs out before you pay, you can get a new amount. If VAT applies to your purchase, we tell you before payment. Your license starts when we have received the payment and delivered your license key; with our VPS, the days until GoldR runs there are added to your month, and we email you that day. A month runs to the same date and time next month in UTC (the time our emails show), or to that month's last day when it has no such date (31 January to 28 February).

Refunds. When we refund a payment (for example one made twice, or one we cannot deliver), we send USDT on TRON (TRC20) to an address you give us by email, within 5 working days; the network fee is deducted, except for a refund after a withdrawal, which we pay in full.

Our VPS

  • With our VPS, GoldR runs on a MetaTrader VPS that we rent for your account. After paying, you enter your MT5 trading password once in your customer portal; we set GoldR up within 24 hours and delete the password from our records once it runs (after 14 days at the latest).
  • The days you wait for the setup are added to your month, and we email you its end date when GoldR runs there. We install every update for you, keep it running as well as we can, and tell you if it stops.
  • If you change your MT5 password, press "I changed my MT5 password" in your portal and enter the new one. Until we set it up again GoldR may not trade, and no days are added for that time.
  • Moving from your own computer to our VPS later costs €50 once. With a Lifetime license, our VPS then costs €50 a month, paid in your customer portal. We email you 7 days and 1 day before a paid month ends. If a month is not paid, we stop GoldR on our VPS once its open trades are closed; your license keeps working on your own computer.
  • You can cancel our VPS in your customer portal at any time: we stop GoldR there within 24 hours, once its open trades are closed, and your license key and the download then appear in your portal to run GoldR yourself. Time already paid is not refunded.
  • If you do not renew, we keep the VPS on for up to 3 days so GoldR can close its open trades, then stop it.

Renewal and cancellation

GoldR is sold month by month. Nothing is charged automatically. We email you a reminder 7 days before your paid month ends; paying the next month renews the license. If you do not renew, the license simply stops at the end of the paid period.

Free second month, while we offer it

While our homepage announces this offer, the first paid live license of each customer qualifies: if GoldR's net result in its first month is €300 or less, we waive the €150 fee for the next month (our VPS included, if you chose it) and extend the license ourselves within minutes of the end of the first month. We email you the result that day. One free month per customer; demo licenses do not count.

How we count: only GoldR's trades that closed within that month, each counted whole, its opening commission included, after commission, swap and trading fees. Trades still open when the first month ends do not count, nor do deposits, withdrawals or trades you place yourself. An account in another currency is converted at the latest euro reference rate the European Central Bank has published when the first month ends. We count from the trade history the EA reports; if it is incomplete or unclear, we check the result by hand and tell you by email. If you renewed before the result (your portal offers it in the last 7 days) and qualify, we add the free month on top of the end you paid for.

Fair play. During the first month the account is left to GoldR. Anything done by hand on it, as the EA reports it (a position opened or closed by hand, from the phone or by another program, an order placed by hand, or, from GoldR 7.0, the stop or target of a GoldR trade moved by hand), gets one warning by email. If it happens again before the first month ends, we may end the offer and no longer accept new licenses, renewals or demo months for that email or MT5 account; the license already paid keeps working to its end.

This is a one-time fee waiver, not a refund of your first-month payment, a profit guarantee or a reimbursement of trading losses.

Invite a friend, while we offer it

Your customer portal shows your personal link while you have an active license. When someone buys their first month through it, both licenses get the extra days shown there (7 unless stated otherwise), added to their current end. If the link's owner has no active license when the first month is paid, the link has expired and nobody gets the days. Once per new customer; never for your own purchases.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by not renewing or by emailing us. The license keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, or of the free month if granted. Periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The license key is digital content that we deliver immediately. We deliver it only after you have expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the key is delivered. We confirm that agreement to you by email.

If you withdraw before we deliver the key, we refund your payment in full within 14 days. After delivery the right of withdrawal ends, and payments are not refunded, except where the law gives you other rights, for example if the EA does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

Model withdrawal form. To withdraw you can email us a clear statement; you may use this form, but you do not have to:

"To GoldR Systems, sales@goldrsystems.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: GoldR license for MT5 account [number]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]."

Your responsibilities

  • You choose and pay for your broker, MT5 account, VPS or computer, and internet connection. GoldR trades MT5 hedging accounts in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF; in another currency it opens no trades.
  • You install and configure the EA, including the settings shown in the setup guide, and choose your own lot size, leverage and risk.
  • You keep your license key private and use it only on the approved account.
  • You keep your own records; the portal and emails are provided for convenience.

Risk, no financial advice

Trading can lose money

GoldR is software. It is not investment, financial or tax advice, not a managed account, and not a promise of any result. Trading leveraged products such as XAUUSD CFDs involves substantial risk and can result in losses, including losses larger than expected. Past performance, backtests, demo results and simulated results do not guarantee future results. You decide whether and how to use GoldR, and you bear the trading results.

Service and changes

We aim to keep the license server and portal available, but brief interruptions can happen, for example during maintenance or provider outages. We may release new versions and, after a notice period, require them; we tell you by email and in the portal.

From GoldR 7.1, our server can pause new trades with a signed setting that only we can send; open trades stay managed, including a recovery trade if the price reaches a stop. During a news pause the same setting can move the stops of open trades up to 5 USD further away until the pause ends, and a stop further away means a larger loss if the price reaches it. GoldR trades accounts in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF only.

We may block a license if it is shared, resold, used on another account, reverse-engineered or not paid for, or if it is used to break the law. We tell you why by email. We may change these terms for the future; we email you the changes, and they apply from your next renewal.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. We are not otherwise liable for trading losses caused by market movements, your broker's execution or prices, your connection, VPS or computer, or your own settings and decisions.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at sales@goldrsystems.com; we answer every complaint. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
