TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms, plainly.

These terms apply when you buy and use a GoldR license. They explain what you get, how payment, renewal and cancellation work, your right of withdrawal, and the risks of automated trading.

Who we are

GoldR is provided by GoldR Systems ("we"), based in Berlin, Germany. Contact: [email protected]. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

What you get

  • A license to run the compiled GoldR Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 on one MT5 account and broker server that we approve. The license is personal: you may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer it, or run the same key on other accounts.
  • Updates that we release while your license is active, downloadable from the customer portal.
  • The customer portal and setup help by email.

You receive the compiled EA only. The strategy source code stays ours. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the EA or try to bypass its license check.

Price and payment

First month€550, including the EA, your license and personal setup help
Each following month€150

We agree the payment method with you by email before you pay. If VAT applies to your purchase, we tell you before payment. Your license starts when we have received the payment and delivered your license key.

Renewal and cancellation

GoldR is sold month by month. Nothing is charged automatically. We email you a reminder 7 days before your paid month ends; paying the next month renews the license. If you do not renew, the license simply stops at the end of the paid period.

You can cancel at any time by not renewing or by emailing us. The license keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. Months already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The license key is digital content that we deliver immediately. We deliver it only after you have expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the key is delivered. We confirm that agreement to you by email.

If you withdraw before we deliver the key, we refund your payment in full within 14 days. After delivery the right of withdrawal ends, and payments are not refunded, except where the law gives you other rights, for example if the EA does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

Your responsibilities

  • You choose and pay for your broker, MT5 account, VPS or computer, and internet connection.
  • You install and configure the EA, including the settings shown in the setup guide, and choose your own lot size, leverage and risk.
  • You keep your license key private and use it only on the approved account.
  • You keep your own records; the portal and emails are provided for convenience.

Risk, no financial advice

Trading can lose money

GoldR is software. It is not investment, financial or tax advice, not a managed account, and not a promise of any result. Trading leveraged products such as XAUUSD CFDs involves substantial risk and can result in losses, including losses larger than expected. Past performance, backtests, demo results and simulated results do not guarantee future results. You decide whether and how to use GoldR, and you bear the trading results.

Service and changes

We aim to keep the license server and portal available, but brief interruptions can happen, for example during maintenance or provider outages. We may release new versions and, after a notice period, require them; we tell you by email and in the portal.

We may block a license if it is shared, resold, used on another account, reverse-engineered or not paid for, or if it is used to break the law. We tell you why by email. We may change these terms for the future; we email you the changes, and they apply from your next renewal.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. We are not otherwise liable for trading losses caused by market movements, your broker's execution or prices, your connection, VPS or computer, or your own settings and decisions.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first at [email protected]; we answer every complaint. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
